Any facility which is owned and operated as a part of the resort may be used to sell intoxicating liquor by the drink for consumption on the premises of such facility and, for the purpose of meeting the annual gross food receipts requirements of this definition, if any facility which is a part of the resort meets such requirement, such requirement shall be deemed met for any other facility which is a part of the resort. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Chapter to the contrary, any winery, distiller, manufacturer, wholesaler, or brewer or designated employee may provide, furnish, or pour distilled spirits, wine, or malt beverage samples for customer tasting purposes on any temporary licensed retail premises as described in Sections 311.218, 311.482, 311.485, 311.486, or 311.487, RSMo., or on any tax-exempt organization's licensed premises as described in Section 311.090, RSMo.
